Questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Does my subscription renew automatically?
- Yes, every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing and we refund what you paid minus the days already used. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
- What happens when I reach my AI allowance?
- AI features pause until your allowance resets next month. Everything else keeps working. Upgrading gives you a bigger allowance straight away.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. In the Android app, subscriptions go through Google Play.
