    Blend the oats into a flour using a blender.

    Add banana, egg, egg whites, whey protein, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and 2–4 tbsp water; blend until smooth and pourable.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.

    To make tire shapes, pour batter into a ring (a donut shape) by circling the pan with batter, leaving a hole in the middle; repeat to make 2–3 tires depending on pan size.

    Cook until bubbles form and the edges set, then flip carefully and cook the other side until done (pancakes should be cooked through).

    Plate the “tires,” spoon Greek yogurt into the center holes as the “hub,” top with berries around the rim, and drizzle honey over the top.
